BEER-BATTERED COD (DEEP FRIED)

Learn to make beer-battered cod without  a deep fryer!

You'll love  this deep-fried  fish recipe that you can use with any sturdy white fish!

Ingredients

Make  the beer batter. Beaten  egg whites make it fluffy!

Dust the cod  in seasoned flour. Dip it in the batter on both sides. 

Deep fry the cod  for three minutes. Drain on a rack.

Serve plain,  with lemon  or add mayo!
