Rinse, scrub & soak! Rinse & soak again. Rinse once more.

Recipe
Place equal parts beer and water
in a pot that fits
your steamer basket. Add
the bay leaf. Cover and boil.
Recipe
1. Uncover and add the steamer basket of clams.
2. Cover again.
3. Steam the clams until they open wide.
4. Remove each one when it's ready.

Discard any clams that don't open after 25 minutes.

Serve with
melted butter, lemon or beer broth. Add corn on the cob
and sweet potatoes for a clambake!
