Homemade Italian Bread

It's easier  than you think to make Homemade Italian Bread!

You'll be so proud of this delicious, crusty loaf  of bread!

This is  a naturally vegan  bread recipe since there's  no dairy.

Ingredients

- Mix & knead  the ingredients  in a stand mixer or by hand. - Place the dough in a greased bowl & cover it. - Let it rise for 2 hours.

TIP: If the dough sticks  to your fingers  after kneading  for a couple  of minutes,  add more flour. 

- Punch down  the dough. - Cover & let it rise again  for 40 minutes. - Shape it into a loaf and cut  a slit in it. - Bake it with a pan of hot water below to make steam.

Serve with: - Olive oil, butter or dip in sauces!  - Make sandwiches too!
