AMAZING CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR RECIPE

You'll love this Chocolate Liqueur  Recipe  from Italy!  This homemade liqueur makes the perfect gift.

Pour this chocolate alcohol over cheesecake or ice cream, add it to your coffee  or drink it straight!

Ingredients

- Sugar - Unsweetened Cocoa - Whole Milk - Grain Alcohol - Vanilla Extract

This recipe yields about 12.5 cups  of liqueur  (100 servings).  The drink will be pleasantly sweet, but you'll mostly taste chocolate  with alcohol.

1. Whisk cocoa  and sugar.  2. Gradually whisk  in milk. 3. Stir constantly over heat.  4. Stir until foam disappears. 5. Let it cool,  then refrigerate  for 12 hours.  6. Add vanilla  and alcohol.

Bottle it  and refrigerate or freeze!
