GLUTEN-FREE  ONION RINGS

These Baked Parmesan Gluten-Free Onion Rings are crispy  and delicious!

A garlicky Parmesan coating provides  the "breading."

Ingredients

- Sweet Onion - Corn Starch - Egg Whites - Parmesan - Paprika - Garlic Powder

- Slice the onion into 1/2-inch -thick rings.

Dip each ring  into corn starch, then egg whites, then  seasoned Parmesan. Place them  on a baking rack and bake.

TIP: Use separate zipper-topped  plastic bags  for each  of the batter components.  Dip the rings  into each bag.

Serve  with  melted butter  or... 

Serve  with  marinara  sauce!
