ITALIAN  CARROT  SALAD

My family's  Italian  Carrot Salad recipe is legendary!

You just need 25 minutes  to make  this delicious carrot side dish featuring a red wine vinaigrette and basil.

Ingredients

Peel carrots and cut  into planks. Boil  until crisp-tender.

Toss together in a bowl with oil, vinegar, spices  and basil.

Serve at room temperature  or slightly chilled!
