LEMON-INFUSED OLIVE OIL RECIPE

Lemon-Infused Olive Oil makes food taste fabulous!

Don't miss this easy recipe that brings  a "wow" factor to salads, vegetables, seafood and chicken.

Ingredients

Peel and squeeze the lemons. Add to a saucepot with olive oil and salt. 

Simmer on low.  Let cool and then strain out the peels.

Store the lemon olive oil  in the refrigerator  for up to  three weeks.
