PARMESAN BAKED COD (Keto  Low Carb  GF)

This Parmesan  Baked Cod Recipe  is so popular,   it's loved by toddlers  and even people  who don't like fish!

This amazing dish is keto, low carb and gluten free!

The coating for the fish consists of freshly grated Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, paprika, parsley and garlic powder.

Dip the raw cod  in melted butter. Then dredge the fish  in the Parmesan mixture. Bake on a sheet pan!

Squeeze on lemon  and serve!
