WHITE WINE CLAM SAUCE FOR PASTA

You can make a delicious White Wine Clam Sauce  for Pasta  in 20 minutes!

Use canned clams for a convenient and economical option.

In the time  it takes  to boil pasta, your  white clam sauce  will be ready!

Ingredients

1. Cook the shallots, then add chopped garlic.  2. Add wine,  clam juice, seasonings  and bay leaf. 3. Stir in the drained and rinsed clams. Heat through. 4. Squeeze in lemon juice and add parsley.

Add cooked pasta! Make linguine  with clams or use bucatini, spaghetti or fettuccine!
