CLAM CHOWDER WITH BACON

This Creamy Clam Chowder with Bacon  has the perfect texture, without being too rich!

The bacon  adds great,  smoky flavor.

Ingredients

Brown the bacon.  Add clam juice, onions and potatoes. Mash some of the potatoes when cooked. 

Blend the flour,  cream and milk. Add the mixture to the pot. When it's starting  to boil, add the clams. 

Top each serving with bacon!
