CROCK-POT CAROLINA  PULLED PORK

You just need  15 minutes  to prep  Crock-Pot Carolina  Pulled Pork before letting it cook all day! 

It's juicy  and tender  with sweet heat  and a vinegar kick from North Carolina barbecue sauce!

Ingredients

1. Add the onions  to the Crock-Pot.  2. Apply the dry rub to the pork. 3.Pour  Liquid Smoke on top, then add half of the Carolina vinegar BBQ sauce. 4. Cook on low  for 8 hours.

Pull the pork. Add more sauce as needed.

Serve over rice  or in sandwiches or wraps!
