You just need
Pulled Pork before letting it cook all day!
with sweet heat
and a vinegar kick from North Carolina barbecue sauce!
Add the onions
to the Crock-Pot.
Apply the dry rub to the pork.
Pour Liquid Smoke on top, then add half of the Carolina vinegar BBQ sauce.
4. Cook on low
for 8 hours.
Pull the pork. Add more sauce as needed.
Serve over rice
or in sandwiches or wraps!
