FLUFFY Crustless Cheesecake (NY Style)

This Fluffy Crustless Cheesecake  is simply  the best and it happens to be gluten-free!

This  cheesecake recipe  has fans  all over  the world!

Ingredients

Make the batter.

- Add each ingredient  one at a time. - Beat after each addition. - Then beat the cheesecake batter for 7 minutes.

Bake using  a water bath. Then keep it in the oven with  the door ajar  for an hour.

Refrigerate overnight before slicing.

Serve plain or with: - Berries - Whipped cream - Caramel - Liqueur
