HUNGARIAN CHICKEN PAPRIKASH WITH DUMPLINGS

You must try  my Hungarian Chicken Paprikash  with Dumplings! I'm half Hungarian and worked to get the recipe  just right!

Use chicken thighs and legs  with bones  for  the best Paprikash!

Flouring the chicken helps thicken  the sauce.

The flour also  is seasoned  with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper!

Cook the onions,  then brown  the chicken. Add paprika-seasoned chicken stock  and cover.

Make  the dumpling batter and drop spoonfuls  into  boiling water.

Drain  the cooked dumplings with a slotted spoon.

Add sour cream and cornstarch  to the gravy. Serve  over dumplings.
