Ingredients

We're adding Parmesan, Romano and seasonings to plain bread crumbs to make them absolutely delicious.

For the chicken,  you'll need cutlets: boneless, skinless chicken breasts  sliced thinly.  You'll pound them  to make them tender and even.

You can buy  thin cutlets or get boneless, skinless chicken breasts and slice them yourself.

Dip the chicken  in beaten eggs. Dredge it  in the bread crumbs.  Pan fry.
