ITALIAN ROASTED POTATOES

Everyone raves about these  Italian Roasted Potatoes!

They have a caramelized exterior  and a soft,  silky interior.

Ingredients

My favorite  Italian seasoning includes sea salt, rosemary, garlic, sage and pepper.

Peel and cut the potatoes.  Place them  in a single layer in a glass pan.

Add the seasonings  and butter.  Bake  until browned.

Let them rest  for 10 minutes for the best texture! Enjoy!
