ITALIAN SAUTEED ESCAROLE 

You  can make Sautéed  Escarole  in 25 minutes!

This sweet-and-savory dish features  Italian greens  with olive oil,  garlic, raisins  and pine nuts.

You'll love  this  vegan  side dish! 

Ingredients

Briefly boil  cleaned escarole.  - Drain, rinse  and squeeze out  the liquid. - Saute garlic  in olive oil.  - Add escarole  and saute. - Add raisins  & pine nuts.

TIP: Briefly boiling the escarole first helps reduce bitterness. 

Serve warm  or at  room temperature.
