ITALIAN  SAUTEED MUSHROOMS WITH GARLIC & TOMATOES

These  Italian mushrooms are  so delicious! Enjoy this family recipe from Naples!

It's the best mushroom  side dish!

Think savory, garlicky mushrooms  in olive oil  with a hint  of tomato  and a fresh  parsley accent!

Ingredients

1. Heat the olive oil and garlic.  2. Add mushrooms and stir to coat. 3. Increase heat  and cook until  the liquid evaporates.  4. Add tomatoes  to the center and cook briefly. 5. Add seasonings and parsley.

Serve with beef, pork or chicken. You can even use them  on pizza  or in a frittata!
