Pasta e Piselli (Pasta with Peas) is my favorite one-pot meal from Naples!
It's ready in less than 30 minutes!
The secret to this one-pot pasta is to use less cooking water and don't drain it!
White Onion Olive Oil Frozen Baby Peas Salt & Pepper Cooking Water Ditalini Parmesan Cheese Romano Cheese Red Pepper Flakes
NOTE I recommend using baby peas, since they're sweeter than regular peas.
If you want to make this with meat, you can add chopped bacon or pancetta when the onions are soft.
Be sure to use the amount of water reocommended!
