SKILLET COD WITH TOMATOES & OLIVES

You  can make  this Skillet Cod with Tomatoes in less than 25 minutes!

You'll love this quick Italian fish recipe accented with garlic, olives and parsley.

Don't forget to dip crusty bread  in the pan juices!

Ingredients

1. Saute garlic.  2. Add cod and top with tomatoes, parsley and seasonings. Pour olive oil on top. 3. Bring to a boil, then simmer, covered until done. 4. Add olives during the last minute.

Use a 12-inch skillet with a lid  or a frying pan.

Serve with bread and a side  of Italian  Green Beans  with Tomatoes!
