1ripe banana (Peeled & broken in half. Can be frozen.)
¼cuppecan halves
2dates, pitted
1cupunsweetened almond milk(or other non-dairy milk)
1teaspoonground espresso(or 2 espresso beans)
½teaspoonvanilla extract
2sprinklessalt
½cupice cubes(If the banana is frozen, just use 4 or 5 ice cubes.)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Notes
If you don't have espresso, you can use regular coffee grounds, two coffee beans or even instant coffee granules.Feel free to add oats for additional fiber and nutrition. You also can add protein powder.
