ITALIAN BEEF SOUP WITH PASTA SHELLS

You'll love  this  Italian  Beef Soup  with  Pasta Shells!

It's based  on Nonna's recipe  for Brodo di Carne  and is worth  the wait.

This is the best homemade  beef soup!

Ingredients

Add the beef and stock to a pot. Remove  the scum when it boils. After four hours, you can shred the meat. 

Prepare  the vegetables.  Add them to the pot.  Strain them out  when the soup is done.

Serve  with pasta shells and Parmesan!
