PORK SCALLOPINI WITH MUSHROOMS  AND APPLE JUICE

This Pork Scallopini features  pork tenderloin medallions pounded, floured and braised  with mushrooms and garlic.

Apple juice concentrate brings a subtle sweetness  to the sauce.

Ingredients

Slice pork  into medallions and pound thin. Coat  in seasoned flour.

Brown pork  and sautée mushrooms.

Simmer  with apple juice concentrate  and enjoy!
